With the gestation period of an African elephant, this one’s been a serious challenge. We’ve been wrestling with how exactly we can bring together the stories of two women, both escapees of persecution, but with 60 years, rough seas, whole continents and cultures between them.
At last. In our fevered imaginations they have met. Miraculously, they are beginning to talk to each other – and to us.
